Neelam Sharma

My Story

 

With over 25 years experience in the corporate world, including 19 years as a Talent Development Consultant, I have a deep understanding of what makes an organization tick and what it takes for people to succeed in a demanding business environment.  My background in manufacturing, quality, and learning and development, along with my ability to communicate clearly with every level within an organization helps me as a consultant and as a coach.

 

I am a dynamic and powerful facilitator, who works equally well with small teams and with rooms of 100+.

 

In my capacity as a coach, talent development consultant, and facilitator, I have worked with clients from manufacturing, telecom, and small technology firms, to governmental agencies.

 

I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Master Trainer for the AchieveGlobal Leadership and Customer Service modules.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Package Design, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University.
